Booking/Portriat Session
You can make your booking online or by phone only. To secure your booking the session fee is to be paid in full at the time of the initial phone consultation or online via the website. Confirmation of your booking will be emailed to you once the fee has been processed.
Additional Fees you may inccur
Portrait Session Rescheduling fee $50; We completely understand you or your little ones can get sick or unwell and we are happy to reschedule your Portrait Session to a new date & time. If you could contact us no later than 48hrs prior to your session to reschedule, that would be greatly appreciated and we will do our best to re-book you asap. Should you reschedule more than once you will be invoiced a Portrait Session Rescheduling Fee of $50.
Booking a Cake Smash Portrait Session requires an additional fee of $80 at the time of your booking. (Custom Ordered Cake - order time requires 3days prior to your session)
Payments can be made by PayPal/Credit Card, bank deposit (EFT) or cash.
Design /Ordering Appointment
Your Session fee covers custom-styled photography, the time and talent of the photographer, image enhancement and for your design/ordering appointment. The session fee does not include any prints, jpegs or raw files. Your Design/Ordering Appointment is typically booked 1-2 weeks after you Portrait Session. Thirty days after your portrait session all your unedited files will be archived off premises, a recovery fee will be charged if you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than once. Once you have viewed and selected your favourite images and the full payment is received & processed your prints will be ordered; they can take 4-6weeks for delivery and longer for canvas, wall art collections and albums. An invoices will be emailed to you with your order/payment details. All enhanced images will be stored and archived off premises for only 12months.

Payment Plan
Liquid Light Portraits offers an interest free payment plan, our selected provider is PayRight.
The PayRight service allows you the customer to purchase goods and services and pay for them over time via installments from your bank account or credit card with,

The payment plan is only available in studio and is subject to PayRight Terms & Conditions.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice and are non-negotiable. Prices are guaranteed for 30 days after your session.
Promotions/Gift Certificates
Only one promotion per person/family can be used at any given time. No discounts can or will apply to any current or future promotion/s. T & C of any current promotion will be provided with the promotion. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, only x1 Gift Certificate person/family per session and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
Refunds
Due to the custom nature of photographic products, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, however with 48 hours notice your session can be rescheduled in case of ill health or family emergencies.
